1. I encoded a new program about noun-phrase extraction which is suitable for another chunking tool. Then, using the candidate terms which are from noun-phrase on my scoring function. The results indicate that the accuracy is better than before initial experiment. However, based on the results I have to tune some parameters or scoring formula and define a dynamic threshold for getting high accuracy.
2. Fred and I, we discussed the mechanism for undergraduate students who choose the assembly course. Then, we made the homework of chapter one and two.
