1. Today, Tom and I discussed the project about web service creation with Charis. The goal of this project is to provide an agile method for creating personalize gadget automatically. User can easily construct his exclusive gadget and embed it in webpage, such as blogs. The principle idea of the gadget indicates that there exists a high interaction with end-user without any programming. In my opinion, it is a novel concept that everyone can construct his individual gadget by some simple steps conveniently.
2. There is a troublesome problem in my testing phrase. Because I only consider one document for the extraction of technical terms. The useful information existing in text is not enough.
(1) For example, the frequency of a term will not exceed 15 times and many technical terms only occur in the document one time.
(2) Some technical terms are included in another terms, for instance, Gaussian model distribution contains Gaussian model. The same problem also involve with singular and plural.
