Study Clustering tools (Auto-Class) and Technical term extraction completed.

1. Auto-Class is a useful tool for document clustering. I downloaded the specification and learned how to use it.
2. The program of technical term extraction was done, but I think in the future there are many space for improvement for getting high accuracy.
3. Ding and I discussed the new project with Charis. The goal of this project is to construct the databases service on the web-site and integrate some regular function, such as insert data and search data.
